RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 


RETURNS POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • All approved returns will be issued a refund to the original payment method, allowing you to repurchase an alternative item, size, or colour if desired.

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged through normal wear and tear.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, odour, stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Customers who receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect are eligible for a return or refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


CONDITION OF RETURN

All returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be free of stains, marks, odours, or damage

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@norellelabel.com

  • Do not return the item until you receive return instructions from our support team

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be refunded

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Norélle Label is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels


REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIMES

  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets our policy requirements

  • Return processing can take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on your location and courier

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

  • Norélle Label does not process returns on public holidays; processing will resume the next business day

  • Please allow at least 15 days from the date of return shipment before contacting us regarding your refund status


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged through normal use

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration
