Tracked worldwide shipping is available on all orders. Our average shipping time is 7–12 business days from the date of fulfilment.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. However, during periods of high demand, some orders may take 6–8 business days to process.

PRE-ORDER
Please note that after placing an item on pre-order, your order will not be shipped until the pre-order item(s) arrive in stock. If you have purchased multiple items, they will be shipped together once all items are in stock.
CHANGES TO ORDERS / CANCELLING PRE-ORDERS
Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before placing your order, as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and is unable to make changes once orders are shipped. We are also unable to cancel orders after they are placed.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you need to make any modifications to your order, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, due to the high volume of orders we receive, we may not be able to honour your request before your order is shipped.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure that all details are correct. If you notice any errors or need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in making the necessary changes before your order is shipped.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any modifications or changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
FAILED DELIVERIES
Please ensure that you have provided accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, shipping address, and contact information. Failure to do so may result in your package being returned to us. Norélle Label is not responsible for any additional shipping costs or fees associated with failed deliveries.
If your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a replacement shipment. Please note that a replacement fee may apply, and this will be discussed with you before proceeding.
